Polenta Tamale with Crawfish and Crabmeat Stew
Sonoma & Lake County Sauvignon Blanc*
Bright citrus and floral aromas introduce our Sauvignon Blanc.
In the mouth, it is fresh and enduring, providing a good,
but not heavy, volume. Notes of grapefruit and lemon.
SALAD
Asian Mixed Lettuce with Feta Cheese, Capers and Tomato Salad
Sangiacomo Vineyard, Carneros Chardonnay*
Crisp and lean with a medium mouthfeel. True varietal characteristics take center stage with flavors of bright green apple, pear and peach.
ENTREE
Wood Grilled Black Angus NY Strip
with Ranch Potato, Sweet Corn, Peppers and Tomatillo and Arbol Chile Sauce
Sonoma County Merlot*
Full-bodied with velvety texture and rich flavor. Aromas evoke connotations of dark fruit and pepper. Robust flavors of currant, black raspberry, anise, and ripe plum linger on the palate.
Three Blocks Bordeaux Blend Sonoma Valley**
Grown in the heart of Sonoma Valley, Three Blocks is a signature wine. The 2006 vintage is made up of 64% Cabernet Sauvignon and 36% Merlot. Rich aromas of dark chocolate and cibar give way to layered flavors of currant, plum and coffee. The wine has a firm mid-palate and round, soft tannins.
